Requirements for trademark application

For the trademark application in Turkey, the documents, which should be supplied, are listed below:

• Power of Attorney, simply signed and sealed by the applicant (notarization or legalization is not required)
• The information about applicant; Name, address and nationality
• List of goods / services in accordance with Nice Classification
• Trademark sample (logo) in electronic format
• In case of claiming priority, the certified copy of the priority application / registration, the priority date and number

Mentioned documents need to be provided with an English translation if the originals are in another language.
